It all started with a goal setting night that was only supposed to happen once...

I was working in the beauty industry, mentoring, managing and building, all while watching the women around me try to figure out what they really wanted out of life and business.

So, I created a space for them to do that together.

What was supposed to be a one-time thing became a monthly gathering, and then something I couldn't stop because

everyone loved it too much!

She would come to see me at my salon, always talking about needing help at her Italian restaurant. So, I became that person.

Through our work together, her business experienced 60% growth in revenue and over 200% increase in gift card sales, which shows strong growth in customer loyalty and engagement.

My first coaching client was drowning in her business because she couldn't see clearly where to focus first to really make an impact.

Clarity only works if the people and systems around you are built to support it. This is where we map decision rights, team ownership, and the rhythms that keep everything moving without you being the answer to every question.
